OK, just to be clear - the person you nominate has to be a valid member on the day of the AGM. If the person is not his/ her votes will be struck from the register.

The membership status is now indicated in the "Membership status" column. If you have any queries regarding this, please contact Silencer.

Membership Status Definition
  1. A valid member - This is a member who has paid his bad debts for previous year and has Fully paid his fee for next financial  
     period. ie R 300 / R360 . 
             NB: The R 30 fee has been dropped and does not apply any longer.
  2. The Fee for the year is R 300 during the month of August 2010 thereafter a fee of R 360 will apply.
